Headteacher's Welcome

We are a large First School with 400  pupils on roll based in Poole, Dorset.

Sylvan First School is a very special place where every child matters. It is a place of fun, creativity, care, energy, sparkle, hard work, respect, independence and aspiration.

We value the community aspects of our school and work hard to link with and support the locality.

We have recently finished a huge building refurbishment for the 5 EYFS classes - we are very pleased with the outcome and our children love learning therein.
